The world’s largest democracy voted and general elections 2009 have concluded on May 13, 2009. now time for the results.
Get Live update on 15th Lok Sabha Election Results 2009 from 8.am on May 16th.
While there are 714 million eligible electorate at about 828,000 polling stations the turnout was only about 59 to 60%.this is still a little higher than the previous elections. Political parties already started mudslinging to reach the magic figure of 270 and the two major parties are unarguably the Indian National Congress which ruled the country for over 4 decades and the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Hindu nationalist party. There is also a third front with communists and some socialist and regional parties vying for the big seat.it will be interesting to see which party/alliance will emerge the winner of elections in India. Based on several exit poll surveys it is clear that a clear majority of any party is a hard outcome and there is going to be a new trend unfolding in Indian politics.

Happy birthday to Ultimate Star Ajith and wishe him for many more successful films in the years to come.
Ajith Kumar has always been recognized as a whiff of fresh air in an industry that otherwise suffocates with little room for heroes without a backing in filmdom. Ajith’s rise from a near nobody to a recognized star bagging Rs 10 crore for a film has been quite dramatic.
The reticent actor might have insisted on all attention being shifted towards the Eelam issue instead of celebrating his birthday. But his die-hard fans, as will any movie buff, remember this day as the day when perseverance won over established rules that have strangled Kollywood.
Ajit wrote a open letter to his fans that I sincerely feel that whole process will be highly inhuman if we celebrate my birthday on the background of our fellow Tamils languishing and suffering amidst death and pain in Sri Lanka”.
The star also added that since general elections are being conducted all over the country, the birthday celebrations if they take place should not pose any discomfort to the authorities concerned.
The actor is currently on a holiday abroad; after which he will be plunging back into the shooting of his next film Asal; in which he joins hands again with Director Saran. The movie is produced by Sivaji Productions. Asal being the Ultimate Star’s 49th movie, his fans will definitely be looking forward to it becoming a super hit movie; further raising the bar for their thala’s 50th movie.
Movie name: Guru En Aalu.
Starring: Madhavan, Mamta Mohandas, Abbas, Brinda Parekh, Vivek
Production: KRG
Direction: Selva
Music: Srikanth Deva
The film is about Guru (Madhavan) whose dreams are all about becoming a MD of an unbelievable multi-storied concern. He has unlimited desires of claiming of rich and lavish life that’s possible merely with the aid of his boss (Abbas). Boss is as cheap in character as he’s a womanizer and keeps tracking behind every pretty woman in town.
What happens next? Watch the rest on the screens.
Nothing much to appreciate about Maddy’s characterization for he hasn’t got anything complicated to take on here. He’s a simple cute young man in this film. Ditto to Mamta Mohandas! She’s a perfect casting for this film. Abbas as a devil-minded boss has scores good at certain points while the man who steaks the show is Vivek. The film goes more off his fantabulous comedy tracks and MS Bhaskar adds more to this part.
Musical score by Srikanth Deva is so pathetic as not even a song goes commendable. Rests of the technical aspects aren’t so brilliant.
Director Selvah makes a film that will make you feel it’s worth watching once for the comedy tracks of Vivek as well the script.
Direction: Iyappan
Production: Vikram Krishna
Music: Mani Sharma
